Subscribe Feed and Blogger Beta Template

I’ve tried going thru the new Blogger Beta Template and couldn’t figure out how to recode my previous template to the latest GML language… I’m doom. I need to work really hard, anyone out there that can help me? or any soul that is kind enough to share their new Blogger Beta Template with me or perhaps help me to boot it to the new language?
I was thinking of a competition, a blogger template competition… since Wordpress and many other blogging platform has this, why not Blogger?

October 23rd, 2006I’ve actually been working on my own template for the regular blogger for a couple of days now. Most of the coding is done, but there is still some graphic work to be done. Would definately be a nice thing to have a blogger template competition.

yup, a blogger template competition would be nice, but i don’t have the money to sponsor the gifts… maybe after 6 months when i’m cash loaded… i’ll start keeping money now - for charity

October 24th, 2006I converted my classic blogger template to beta. Actually, it’s downloaded from here (e.g. andreas04)and modified a little by using some hacks available.
well, though my beta template converted is working, it’s still messy. But, if you want it, I’ll gladly supply mine ..

October 29th, 2006I’ll absolutely subscribe to your newsletter Gecko, I read on blogger help group they (blogger.com) want to switch all classic blogger to blogger beta in just few weeks.
I will patiently wait for alternative blogger beta templates from you =)

October 30th, 2006Well, I hope their update won’t mess up my template. If possible, I’d like to opt-out of some of the new features. Comment feed and categories are great, but I’d hate it if it f***ed up the design.

October 30th, 2006I updated mine, it’s pretty much the Andreas02 with some minor changes. The Beta didn’t add any real code or changes to the layout, since it still recognizes the only names, but I can’t use any of the new widgets or add Labels to the sidebar since it’s a widget instead of regular old Classic Code.
