Guy Commits Crime, Posts On YouTube

Most petty crimes are done by dumb people and this is a case of an 18-year old teenager from Wales. What he did what swipes pair of glasses off a charity worker and then post the video on YouTube. Which eventually lead to his arrest by authorities.
