Is Adsense Beautifier Wordpress Plugin Legal?

Supriyadisw release this cool plugin called adsense beautifier, according to him, images adjacent to ads can help increase click through rate (CTR).
I’ve yet to try it out and don’t plan to do so in the near future, unless Darren Rowse is using it. Does it works? Just wondering… Below is a screenshot of MFA (made for adsense) website that put this adsense loop hole to good use. Remind me of my previous post - Wrapping Sexy Images Around Google Adsense.

November 10th, 2006I have heard that it works well, increasing your CTR magnificently. As to the legality of it, I seem to remember (although i could be wrong) somebody asking this question at DgitalPoint, and somebody posting an email from the Adsense team indicating that it was.
Additionally, although I don’t remember who exactly, I have seen that plugin on some high-profile sites.
If I ever decide to put Adsense on my blog, I would probably use that plugin.
