China is well known for its cheap labor and fake goods. So good is the fake products that some of the imitation is as good as the originals, rumors has it that it is an inside job.

The LG Chocloate phone was first released in Korea at the end of November last year, but it took the company three to four months to develop another version to meet customer needs in China. A Chinese company seized the window of opportunity to launch a fake Chocolate phone there first. “Chinese people think it’s LG Electronics that manufactures the fakes.”

Companies here say they can do little about the thriving counterfeit industry in China. Most of the companies involved in the business are very small and hard to crack down, and even if they do manage to track these people down and offer them a job, yes offer them a job in Samsung Electronics and the best part is these people actually turn Samsung’s offer down. Reason: These people can make a few millions within days once their fake goods hit the market.

When rumors has it that a PSP phone is on Sony’s radar screen, they are so wrong. It is on China’s radar screen, within months, China has launch the highly anticipated PSP phone and the best part is it works.
