Nintendo Gets Sued; Wii in Trouble?

This is bad news for Nintendo and it’s Wii. I knew this would happen, Creative sue Apple for the user interface of iPod.

Interlink claims that Nintendo has infringed on a previously filed patent that was issued to the company for a pointing device used to manipulate things with an electronic device, “like a computer” according to the patent.
