Gamer Caught Stealing Library Network Wifi Internet Access

21 year-old Brian Tanner was caught stealing the local library Wifi internet access for World of Warcraft gaming in a parking lot. This reminds me of a case in Singapore where a teenager was caught using his neighbor internet access. Now, assume that the neighbor failed to secure his or her internet access and my computer settings was set to auto-connect for any Wifi available, am I breaking the law?

stunbling or auto connecting wifi spots tht are available is not beaking a law. since wifi rules and regulations are still not practised in all countries. liek in my country which is maldives. thsi place has no cyber law. we hav so many [irated softwares and XPs. and this place is the ASIAS most fastest growing IT pplace by GDP. if u try to dpwnload large files by torrents , u may get easliy catched. but i think its the WIFI owners responsibility to secure. abt 60% of USA wifispots are not secured
