Here are some interesting fact on the Sydney Opera House by Architect Joan Utzon, the most interesting part is it took them 7 years to build the model and 17 years to complete the actual building. It was believed that the model itself cost hundred thousand of dollars to build and worth million of dollars now. Goodness, imagine a model of that scale worth millions of dollars.
