Romain Jerome and the Titanic DNA

I never like the Titanic movie and find it an insult to those that died when the ship crash into an ice berg, Romain Jerome, a Swiss watchmaker has created a new timepiece called the Titanic DNA which uses parts of the actual ship in its construction.
Now, this is a bigger insult to those that passed away, i reckon that those who are still alive should sue the company for indirectly hurting their feelings. Made of metals from the shipwreck, this watch don’t come cheap and I bet you can’t afford it, according to their official website, they are planning to manufcture 2012 pieces of these watches, marking the 00th anniversary of th sinking of Titanic in the year 2012.

September 12th, 2007leave the titanic alone, stop stealing peices of is it, the ship is falling appart becosue of ppl doing it, so leave the ship peaceful in her grave and stop with the watches and i found out its illegal to take parts from it

November 4th, 2007hey, the TITANIC is going to fall in on itself in 40-90 years anyway because of rust eating bacteria, so why not preserve her memory as best as we can while theres still time? i mean, if we dont preserve what we can, EVERYTHING will be gone. besides, i think that the best way to keep an accident like that from happening again, is to remind people that some stupid actions(like not putting enough lifeboats on a boat) can result in a tragity like the TITANIC,and that could save lives. (by the way,what do you think the TITANIC exibit is? thats right, a display of artifacts brought up from the TITANIC!!!!!!)

November 6th, 2007its a good thing that what’s left of the titanic is coming up. since its rotting and going to waste anyways, why not let people own a piece of history. this ship really is not a person and its not hurting it to take parts of it away. the reason people think its falling apart because of people is because they are too stupid to realize nature is just taking its course. personally i am obessed with the ship, and i have been since i was ten. i would rather see it come up and be part of history for future generations to see than to rot at the bottom of the sea

April 2nd, 2008Titanic i am so facinated i think why not take some of its history and put it above water i repect the fact of the others not being happy but lets be apart of its history and i disagree i think the film helped people see how it may of happened and the tragedy may have been helped by putting enough life boats to save more people but the film is my favourite it showed me how it may have happened and after watvhing the fil it made me want to find out more about it and some time ago there was an exebition from the film containing the clothes and jewlery could some one help me to find on the inter net on how you colud see this exebition again well this way my comment on this watch and maybe in the future i would love to buy this watch and make a greate collection of things from the titanic well thats it thank you and good bye till next time love kayleigh

hmmmmmmmm….forget the watch….who has the $$$$ its going to have limited IQ…anyway ))))..
BUT….I still own a pice of rock….(concrete) from the Berlin Wall !!! I guess our life digest symbols…WE need them….
only if I could take out a 2nd mortgage….before the DAY & Night sells out….I would like to be a “Dham Gu-y” to purchase 1 !!!!best of luck….!!!

u mustknow that this movie is a special rememberance,tribute and contribution for those families who had suffered and died.so that their soul may rest in peace by knowing the whole people of the world came to know how they have sufferd in freezing waterwith horrifing situation.got it.

December 12th, 2008leaver here alone, let her be down there it is not right to do that. All the people that died on the Titanic and you going to use it so people can tell time. If you Take things off of the Titanic, put it as a memorial not some dum watches. So that way every one can remember.
