I’m not really an iPod fan but I have to admit that I would love to own an iPod player, it is not really that expensive after the introduction of iPod Nano. One of the many reason why I decided not to purchase an iPod because it lack features, for example a FM radio station and a good set of headphones. I’m currently eying Sony’s NWE507 mp3 player which comes with a FM radio and best of all a noise canceling earphone, I’ve tried out one in Sony Wings station and I am impress with the quality, I’ll have to wait for a while, lets see what Apple has install for us in the next iPod, if there is an FM Radio feature then chances of me getting an iPod would be higher.

If you want to buy a sony MP3 player you can always fish the one out of my bin, i use the term MP3 very loosely as they don’t actually play MP3’s natively rather they play back ONLY sony’s own DRM laden OMG format which pretty much forces you to use Sony’s propriertry SonicStage sofwate to sync music. Either way, i’ve used Sony’s, Creative Zens and iPod. iPod is the best but only if your using a Mac to run iTunes if not stick with a creative zen, iTunes sucks on Windows. Never buy Sony though, although the players are brilliant, SonicStage is just the worst piece of crap.
