Microsoft and Yahoo to Merge?

microsoft yahoo google workforce revenue comparison

There is this hype and speculation around a rumored $50 billion merger between Microsoft and Yahoo, something which is unlikely to happen anytime soon largely because of Yahoo’s disinterest in the deal, simply imagine the overlapping of workforce and softwares, it would be chaotic. This speculation came about due to the successive acquisitions of DoubleClick by Google, something that left both Microsoft and Yahoo in the dust. Google is beating Yahoo and Microsoft in almost every field, even in a friendly Google vs Yahoo tennis competition.

Microsoft is a sleeping giant still and people seem to forget that, Bill Gates didn’t become one of wealthiest men in the world by happenstance.

Although a merger between the two would be chaotic at first, it wouldn’t take long for both ships to become one and it would like a thorn in googles side.
However the big “G” just bought a huge plot of land and a dam, to cool it’s equipment,so you can be rest assured google is up to something.

My only concern would be the every greedy money sucking investors on Microsoft and Yahoo sides, would they think its good for them?

    Only time will tell
    Great blog by the way
