Oscar Pistorius the Blade Runner

Known as the Blade Runner, Oscar Pistorius is a South African Paralympic runner, without his lower legs, he is able to compete and out run most of the able body athletics and was recently given the green light to compete with regular athletes, and hopefully the next Beijing Olympics.
However, the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) has serious concerns that his artificial legs might actually give him an unfair advantage. Unfair advantage? What unfair advantage? If I were to run with or without my legs, he would virtually beat me at every race. I believe it is a person’s mental will that matters and not the artificial legs.
