   I guess there is a misunderstanding when it comes to the name Muhammed. Я думаю, есть недоразумения, когда речь заходит об имени Мухаммеда. Muhammed is a common name, just like Mary (Virgin Mary) and not to mention Madonna. Мухаммед это общепринятое название, подобно Марии (Девы Марии) и, не говоря уже Мадонна.

   If somebody named their toy Mary or Madonna, no one is going to shout ‘Lash him/her’ Если кто-нибудь их именем Марии игрушку или Мадонна, никто не будет кричать "Lash ему / ей"

   Unless Muhammed is a unique name and only Nabi Muhammad uses the name alone, say, nobody named their child jesus, so, is it just how common the name is. Если Мухаммед является уникальным именем и только Наби Мухаммад использует имя, скажем, никто им их ребенок Иисус, да, то каким образом он просто общее название. I believe Gillian Gibbon has no ill intention. Я считаю, Джиллиан Gibbon не имеет жестокого намерения.
