Turn your Dual-Monitor PC into Dual-Station PC

Attention all Linux user, Want to have more than Two Users on your computer? Userful is a Linux software that transforms your dual monitor PC into a dual-station PC, each with their own screen, keyboard and mouse. The software is ideal for places that offers free internet surfing, for example schools, clubs, hotels or any light surfing and multi-tasking computer activities.

Userful supports up to 10 simultaneous users per computer. The software works with most standard video cards, the only drawback for the system is the $200 price tag that comes with a 4 user starter kit. I would love to give Userful a go.

Download Free Ringtones

google_ringtones_ringtone_download.jpg

It doesn’t make any sense purchasing ringtones when you can easily convert any mp3 into ringtones, according to Google Trend, there is a steady decline in keywords such as Ringtones in the last 3 years, but somehow these Ringtones providers appears to be making lots of money selling ringtones, the ultimate question is - who are these buyers?

I had a chat with my friends and they said most probably the sales comes from third world countries, possibly due to the lack of computers, then again, USD1 is a big amount for them consider the fact that most of them lives below or near the poverty line. Who in the world purchase these ringtones? Senior citizens? Filthy rich kids?

My Diary - Handcrafted Wordpress Theme

My Diary is a two column Wordpress theme inspired by Karen Cheng’s wordpress theme, the Wordpress theme is aimed at being a personal blog, sort of like a personal diary. It was designed with simplicity in mind and uses the Brandley Hand ITC font as standard. The uniqueness of this theme lies in its ability to display image of the specific day automatically according to the date the post is written, thus giving it a hand crafted touch to it.

The Photoshop file for the header is included in the download. Don’t know how to use Photoshop or don’t own it? No promises, but I can edit the header for you and give it your site name and slogan.

My Diary theme is compatible with:

  • Internet Explorer 6 and 7
  • Opera Browser
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple’s Safari.

On that little fly icon and credit in the footer, go ahead and remove it if you wish to, I have no quarrel over it. Customize the theme as you like, after all, you paid for the domain name and hosting, right?

Updates:
Version 1.2 | 10 May 2008
Version 1.1 | 22 February 2008
Version 1.0 | 19 December 2007

Disclaimer: My Diary Theme is not in any way affiliated or endorsed by karen Cheng, my Diary theme’s layout and design was inspired by her blog’s layout.

Copperhead Snake Wrapped Around Cat’s Neck

Copperhead Snake Wrapped Around Cat’s Neck

I love cats, they are so cute. Found this article at Neatorama, according to the blog, 9 year old Jelly the cat was spotted walking around with a copperhead snake wrapped around her neck/collar. The car was paralysed for a while but veteran manage to save her by injecting full dose of anti-venom.

Jelly may well be thinking “One life down, eight to go!”

While browsing through the blog, I thought it was some Christmas deco on the cat’s neck, Christmas mood got me for good. :)
