I've been smoking them for around 3 months now, i would definitely recommend it. Got mine from www.new-smoke.com. I feel alot healthier, jogging is alot easier now. No more smelly clothes either. Still smoke a normal cigarette every now and then, but just socially, maybe once a week. The e-cig fulfills my nicotine craving, and i'm slowly trying to break it down now E-cigs are the new alternative to smoking, at least in my opinion!
