Backup and Restore Mozilla Firefox 3 and Thunderbird 3 Profile and Bookmarks

MozBackup is a simple utility for creating backups of Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, Mozilla Sunbird, Flock, SeaMonkey, Mozilla Suite, Spicebird, Songbird and Netscape profiles. As the name implies, it allows you to backup and restore bookmarks, mail, contacts, history, extensions, cache and many more.

Having a secondary backup is important if the initial backup failed. Furthermore, MozBackup supports backing up of Firefox and Thunderbird’s extensions, this is useful if you happen to have lots of extension/plugins and wants the settings to be as it is after formatting your comp.
