I've always wondered, did apple go through this same ordeal (to this day) during the switch to Intel chips, or was this just a massive hardware problem (but more convenience for programmers) for Microsoft to bring people into the "not 5 years ago" 64 bit technology age? I’ve always wondered, did apple go through this same ordeal (to this day) during the switch to Intel chips, or was this just a massive hardware problem (but more convenience for programmers) for Microsoft to bring people into the “not 5 years ago” 64 bit technology age?
