  • Right click on the IE icon on your desktop
  • Go to ‘Properties’
  • A new window will appear, under the ‘General’ tab click on the ‘Settings’ (Step 2) button.
  • Another new window will appear, click on ‘View Files’ (Step 3)

  • Tools –> Options…
  • A window will appear, go to ‘Privacy’ tab (Step 3)
  • In step 4, choose ‘Use Custom Settings For Firefox’
  • The window will display a new interface, click the ‘Show Cookies’ button
  • Another new window will appear, click on the ‘Remove All Cookies’ button, and you’re done
