Being a fan of TED Talk show, I stumbled upon this video by chance, in this episode, researcher Kamal Meattle talks about the must have indoor plants.

Researcher Kamal Meattle shows how an arrangement of three common houseplants, used in specific spots in a home or office building, can result in measurably cleaner indoor air. It has been proven that we tend to work better if the oxygen level is right, a small effort might produce a huge result.

Some people fear of responsibility, fear of cleaning, watering and basic gardening. Put it that way, do these basic gardening when we are stress out, it takes only 10 minutes. The three indoor plants are:

• Areca Palm
• Money Plant – Eliminate formaldehyde from cigarette
• Snake Plant
