Since I am not a smoker, it is hard to tell which is the best way to quit smoking cigarettes. However, I do believe these posters create some sort of awareness, am not sure to what extend is the effect but definitely on a minute scale.

E-cigs are the new alternative to smoking, at least in my opinion! I’ve been smoking them for around 3 months now, i would definitely recommend it. I feel alot healthier, jogging is alot easier now. No more smelly clothes either. Still smoke a normal cigarette every now and then, but just socially, maybe once a week. The e-cig fulfills my nicotine craving, and i’m slowly trying to break it down now
i have not been smoking for about 2 years now thanks to nicotine patches and a lot of self-discipline. the withdrawal symptoms i got from quitting smoking was not nice though.
I quit smoking over 1 year ago thanks to Electronic Cigarettes. I am definatly a believer in e-cigarettes, it help me satisfy my nicotine cravings and then to ween off by using lesser nicotine strengths.
