This is my first time paying income tax to the Malaysian government, it is not the idea of contributing to the country’s coffer that I hate about, it’s the idea where these money will definitely ends up in one of our corrupted minister’s pocket. I believe the following tips is applicable to most countries, do go through the slide show, it’s worth your time.

hi, Can i know how do you deduct the imcome tax ?? How to calculate ? Let me know thanks

I disagree with item no 3 in he slide. There is a maximum cap of RM 6,000 per annum relief for EPF contribution and Insurance. So asking your employer to deduct RM 1,000 from your salary and pay that to EPF is not going to be of any help to your taxable income.
