i agree, firewall is good when it comes between your computer and the threats of the www. nowadays, a security software does not protect you only against viruses (although the name of “antivirus” stands now for security soft), it protects you against other type of malware too. for this fact, i use BitDefender’s Internet Security 2009 for it’s modules: firewall, antispam, antiphishing, antirootkit , IM encryption.. You can also try the full product, for free, for a month to see if it fulfills your needs.
why using something paid when there are a lot of better free protection? and by the way , comodo firewall is a way much better than this .. especially with the new version .
