How to recall and unsent email messages in outlook? With the introduction of undelete send email feature in email technology, now you have the option of deleting emails you send minutes ago.
This feature is useful if you forgot to attach an important file, which can be embarrassing, or you’ve realized you type the wrong name of your future boss. Outlook allows you the option of recalling a sent message.
Click the Office Button
Under the ‘Info’ tab, go to the ‘Message Resend and Recall’ section.
Select the option you want. Leave the ‘Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient’ box checked if you wish to be informed.
