THIS IS NOT A HACKING TUTORIAL! There are times when I had too many accounts and password to remember and I forgot my own Windows XP administrator password, I was basically logged off from my own computer and the only way to recover the password is non other than a third party software – hacking my own computer.
In case you’re in the same situation as I am, there are lots of software with the ability to reset your windows administrator password. You can google for it! Don’t format your computer just because you lost your windows password. Remember, do not use this software any other computer apart from yours, access other people’s computer without proper authorization is a crime.
Most antivirus label this tool as a virus/trojan/hack tool, remember to disable your antivirus before you use it. I managed to recover my Windows Password with this software. Microsoft should have a secondary password reset option, like emailing them to my email account. Asking ‘hint’ question is like asking for a long forgotten password.
