Onesuite works well too with internet because they have VoIP feature so you have more ways to make that important long distance call.

Skype is another way to make international calls at cheaper rates but in the real scenario calling cards are best preferred than skype.
We use Onesuite phone card for many years now and it can also be use over the internet for making long distance calls. Definitely a good alternative for Skype.
