Cannot And Unable To Uninstall Windows Program?

How to remove a software when Windows is unable to uninstall it completely from the add and remove program list? It could be a bug or some unknown error. If you’re caught in a situation like this, try ARP++. It is an advanced version of the Add/Remove Programs that is a part of Windows, basically what it does is it will allow you to uninstall programs which cannot be removed from Windows ARP.
