Is there a free online and desktop post it notes? Two of my favorite note taking software are Microsoft One and AT Notes (Abandon). The trouble with these software is the inability to sync between computers. This is where Evernote comes in, Evernote makes it easy to remember things big and small from your notable life using your computer, phone, and the web.
What I like about Evernote and all the note taking software is the ability to put my thoughts, ideas, inspiration, and things to remember all in one place – quickly, probably because I am a computer nerd. Remember the things you were supposed to remember. Create to-do lists. Here are some of the possibilities with Evernotes:
- Create a to do list or reminder
- Save screenshot of webpages
- Keep your business cards online for easy accessibility anywhere and anytime
- Keep all emails in the online folder
- Record voice memo
- Save receipt, photos, text, email, and documents
The PC client software is a lightweight document editor that lets users create and edit notes. It lets users login to their Evernote account and then save notes online, when installed on one or more computers, it allows you to sync between various computers, very useful if you happened to have both Mac and Windows.
The free account lets users attach JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP3 and WAV files. If you want to attach other types like DOC, AVI and PPT, you will need to upgrade to a paid premium account.
