Go to Control Panel –> Sound And Audio Devices

You have two options, as illustrated in the screenshot above, option A disable all sounds, option B disable selected sounds.

  • Step B.1 – Look for ‘Exit Windows’ or ‘Start Windows’
  • Step B.2 – Select (None)
  • Step 3 – Click on ‘Ok’
