Which is the best to do notes software? My favorite digital post it notes or to do list software is ATNotes, it is discontinued for almost 3 years. Currently I am experimenting with Microsoft Office OneNote and Google Calendar, both have its pros and cons, OneNote doesn’t have a calendar, it is more of a note taking software, not just text alone, it can save almost anything. Google Calendar on the other hand is simply too simple, it is great as an organizer but not good enough as a note taking and reminder utility.

uTodo appears to be a hybrid of OneNotes and Google Calendar, note perfect but close to what I’ve been searching for. uTodo is created in a way you can focus on your work without getting interrupted by unnecessary actions like opening a new window to create tasks or extra mouse clicks to edit a property. The result is the high speed and productive working environment we all want.
Some of the features I really like:
- Post-it notes on your desktop
- Filter and Group by everything
- Task note editor with hyperlinks support

uTodo is free, but its bigger brother the uOrganized comes with more features such as SMS reminder, Calendar, Auto Backup, Database encryption with password and more.
