Ive been using crossloop for a while now, however, ive only benefited from it by reducing the duration of tech calls from my friends and families. I didnt know you can get free help over there: I always thought the techies out there charge a fee per hour or whatever.

Most providers do charge a fee, but make darn sure before you pay them that you can trust them!

Thanks for the article! Would definitely give a try!
I’ve been working with Logmein’s and Teamviewer’s free versions. Those two are the most popular remote access tools as it seems to me. Non-commercial is ok for occasional or home use. For professionals I would recommend only commercial use. As we all know, security is a very important factor of your cooperation with clients. Absence of advertising of any kind during your working process, immediate service help and updates. Unfortunately, logmein’s pro version costs pretty expensive but I would recommend to take a look on Techinline almost the same functions and price is very friendly:) Hope this helps!
