I hate it when people email, msn, or phone me for ‘tech’ support. If you happened to be a computer technician or geek, you’ll know what I am talking about. It is almost impossible to diagnose a problem without access to the actual computer, that is like calling a doctor on the phone and explaining your sickness.
Crossloop is here to save the day, it is a remote PC tech support software. As shown in the screenshot below, the user interface is simple and easy to use. All you need is a name and access code.

Crossloop is a web based secure remote support software, unlike Windows Remote Desktop, Crossloop only allows screen sharing, not your mouse or keyboard.
You’ll be amazed by the number of ‘free’ expert help you can find via their website. Ranging from topics such as iPhone to Windows XP, it is like a community of experts providing free services.

Ive been using crossloop for a while now, however, ive only benefited from it by reducing the duration of tech calls from my friends and families. I didnt know you can get free help over there: I always thought the techies out there charge a fee per hour or whatever.
Most providers do charge a fee, but make darn sure before you pay them that you can trust them!
