What’s better a PST-File or an Outlook backup tool? I’m asking this question because I really don’t know, after the last crash of my system (well it doesn’t happen that often) I decided to start backing up my computer (yes I know maybe a little bit too late ;). Most of my files went to an external hard disk drive but my Outlook settings are not that easily transferable. I was searching the web and found the lookeen backup manager a free (at least for non-professional use) backup tool. But I found also lots of sites with tips how to backup your Outlook with a PST-File. As far as I researched it now a backup tool is backing up a lot more things than you can store in a backuped PST-File, so I’m a little bit confused right now.
