
This is the much awaited feature in every release of Microsoft Office and it is about time too. Have you try out the beta version? Download Microsoft Office 2010 beta now if you haven’t, you gotta give it a try. Here are the tutorial:
- Go to the ‘Ribbon’, click ‘File’, and select ‘Share’
- Click Create ‘PDF/XPS Document’
- Browse or choose the location to save, input a file name, in the dropdown list choose PDF, default is XPS
- Select either the Standard or the Minimum size radio button and click the ‘Publish’ button

In Microsoft Office 2010, converting and saving document files to Pdf is easy, you don’t need a third party plugin to do this anymore. As shown in the screenshot above. I still prefer the virtual pdf printer by Nitro, I get to print ‘pdf’ from the virtual printer from any software.
