When it comes to the most effective antivirus tools against malware, we tend to think of detection capabilities, not so much of removing them. As always, prevention is better than cure, then again, without the capability to cure the system, the antivirus is as good as useless. I have nothing against Avira, the report might not be 100% accurate because most malware writers tend to test their malware against popular antivirus software, that would be Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee and many more, especially Norton ( the most popular antivirus ), therefore most malware are immune to Norton before they hit the ‘market’.
