Create And Make Your Own Desktop Icons, Convert Jpeg To ICO For Windows

How to create and design your own desktop icons for Windows XP, Vista and 7? There are two methods, the first one is to use an icon editor, the other method is to use an image editor and convert the jpeg to ico format via Imagicon.

As shown in the screenshot above, it is as simple as drag and drop. Imagicon is a graphics utility designed to convert multiple image files from BMP, JPG or PNG image formats into an ico file. As a person into web designing, this is a really useful program for those into creating web ico for browsers.

As shown in the screenshot above, you can customize the size, colour, transparency and many more. The user can select to save icons with the following
dimensions in pixels: 16 x 16, 32 x 32, 48 x 48, 64 x 64 and 128 x 128. Imagicon also features the ability to drag ‘n’ drop multiple images for faster processing.
