Are you having problems sleeping at night? Lately I’ve been having sleeping disorder, for some unknown reason I can’t seems to be able to sleep at night. After much reading, I found the answer to my problem and it does not require sleeping pills. I don’t believe in pills, the side effect might be worst in the long run.

Here are some of the things you should not do:
- Smoke
- Drink coffee or tea
- Avoid anything with nicotine or caffeine
Here are the list of food you should eat before going to bed:
- Bananas
- Warm milk
- Honey
- Almonds
- Potatoes
These foods are known to stimulate sleep-inducing hormones like serotonin and melatonin, these hormones are able to produce chemicals that relaxes tense muscle while calming stressed minds. It works, there you go, no need sleeping pills or what so ever. Simple solution and it is healthier.

I could not sleep well either for awhile. I treid a freinds body pillow to help me with correct sleep positon and it really helped.
