I just bought a blackberry 9800 (torch), installed BlackBerry Protect. It runs perfectly during installation and testing afterwards. The problem I have is when I try to locate my phone using BlackBerry Protect in the web the following day it failed. it will work again if I restart the apps in the phone itself by restarting blackberry protect. do i missing something here.
Any help is highly appreciated.
maybe your internet is off? or you disable the gps?
