Bend is a simple yet somewhat advanced text editor for Windows. Bend is a modern text editor that understands html code, XML, PHP and many more. Here are some of the features:
- A find on page that dims the entire page to make highlighted text stand out.
- Syntax Highlighting
- Tabs
- Find and Replace with RegEx support
- Goto linenumber (ctrl + g)
- File change monitoring
Some of the features are inspired by Apple and Google‘s software, they are Find on page borrows from Apple Safari and Tabs are Google Chome inspired. The idea of Bend text editor is to be elegant, clean and a pleasure to work in. It exploits XAML / WPF to render beautiful hardware accelerated text, each feature is carefully selected to balance performance and style.
My web coding tool consist of Macromedia Dreamweaver until I discovered Bend. Dreamweaver is such a powerful web editor where it is almost impossible for me to use 95% of its features.

I use free Portable PHP IDE Codelobster PHP Edition
It have all ablilities like other paid IDE, but it really smaller and faster.
It has plugins for all most popular frameworks.
Especially i like CSS inspector which shows all styles corresponded to selected element.
