If you’re having problem ‘upgrading error’ with your WordPress Thesis Theme, this is because of ‘Object Cache’ by W3 Total Cache. This feature is not compatible with Thesis 1.8 and 2.0 Theme. To resolve this problem, first you’ll have to disable ‘Object Cache’ feature and then clear ‘Empty all cache’.
note: It is best to wait for a few hours if you’re using a CDN because some files are stored on the CDN server.
