Winston Churchill once said, “We Shape Our Buildings and Afterwards, Our Buildings Shape Us.” What did you see? Robert Laws, a Scottish missionary working in Malawi, Africa, showed this image to the Africans and Europeans and the answers varies according to their respective cultural background.

East Africans that took part in the experiment said the lady was balancing a box on her head and the family is sitting under a tree, on the other hand, Europeans which as used to corners and rectangular architecture visualize the family in an indoor space with the box as a window opening. Word Optical Illusion

I am a big fan of optical illusions, I find it curious that how our mind trick us into believing something which is the other way around. Try reading out the ink color of each word. Tough?

It appears to be the word ‘Hate’ on the woman’s t-shirt, but a reflection on the mirror render it as ‘love’.

What do you read here? Most people will read evil, but some will see the good in life at the first time.

Watch the X in the middle very closely. You will see the purple dots disappear then move your head slightly off center, the dots will reappear.

This illusion was designed by Jeremy L Hinton of Bristol, UK, and this illusion - with a lot more explanation and many other illusions as well - can be found at the web site of Michael Bach.

There is this old saying,

Kissing is a mean of getting two people so close together that they can’t see anything wrong with each other – Rene Yasenek

The illusion above is a good example of being too close to something and not being able to see the actual thing, found the illusion at Moillusions, its an image of Johnny Depp. Wel, the trick is, stand a least 1.5 meter from your comp and take a good look at the image. Now you see.

The Hidden Tiger Optical Illusion

This must be the toughest optical illusion I’ve ever come across, created by American wildlife artist Rusty Rust, that shows a huge Bengal Tiger standing in a bamboo forest. Your mission now is to look for “The Hidden Tiger” in the image below, where is the hidden tiger?

Hint - Read between the line. Drop your answer in the comment box! Don’t go looking for the answer in the comment box right away, that would literally kill the fun.

Nicki, Andre, Daniz Akay, and Leo found the answer already, I’m holding their comment for a while so that others can have the fun too. Gosh, I think I am retarded, it took me like ages to find the answer.

Dices Optical Illusion

To draw an optical illusion is easy but to construct an optical illusion is pretty hard, not impossible. Shigeo Fukuda did some pretty good optical illusion with real objects. I have no idea how in the world this guy did that dice illusion, possible using back the same principle like Shigeo Fukuda did, mirror.
