Mac OS X Dock Bar For Windows XP
Windows 7 is here, so is Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Yet I am still using Windows XP which was launched 8 years ago. If you happened to like the mac’s dock, you’ll love this small utility known as Aqua Dock.
Aqua Dock is a free application that will allow you to have an Mac OS X style, nice animated launchbar / taskbar on your screen that will react to your mouse when you mouse over it.
Programs like these usually consume alot of resources, unless you have a really fast computer with lots of processing power to spare, avoid this tool.

This is not going to speedup your mac osx dramatically, it is probably going to speed things up by as much as 5%, maybe less. For those with OSX 10.2 and a really slow processor and RAM, this could spice things up a little bit.
Docker (free) allows Leopard users to switch between 2D or 3D dock, or customize the Dock further by individually changing the color of and style of Dock parts. Unless you have a really good graphic card, 3D dock is not the answer. Imagine running Snow Leopard on a old mac laptop? Switching to 2D could speed things up by a knot or two.
