Acne vulgaris is an inflammatory disease of the skin, I know one have to keep clean, drink lots of water and lead a healthy lifestyle but it simply doesn’t work for me. El acné vulgar es una enfermedad inflamatoria de la piel, sé que una tiene que mantener limpio, beber mucha agua y llevar un estilo de vida saludable, sino que simplemente no funciona para mí. This acne problem has been with me for like 11 years already and it is killing me. Este problema de acné ha sido para conmigo como 11 años y ya se me está matando. Sometimes I get kind of sad and depress, I just felt like talking to somebody about my problems but then I know talking alone won’t solve it, I need a cure… this acne problem causes me to lose myself confidence which I can no longer have. A veces tengo clase de triste y bajar, yo sólo sentí como hablar con alguien acerca de mis problemas, pero entonces sé hablar por sí sola no resolverá, necesito una cura el acné… este problema me causa a mí perder la confianza que yo ya no pueden tener. The scar is there for good, those volcanic scares. La cicatriz está ahí para siempre, los sustos volcánica. I try taking Vitamin A and Zinc but it doesn’t help, not even those 500mg antibiotic, not even proper diet. Trato de tomar vitamina A y el Zinc, pero no resuelve el problema, ni siquiera los antibióticos 500mg, ni siquiera dieta adecuada. God has abandon me! Dios me ha abandonar!

Anyone with any ideas? Cualquiera que tenga alguna idea? Solutions? Soluciones?
