Unlock Optus Prepaid Apple 3G iPhone

Optus Prepaid Apple 3G iPhone Unlocked

According to Optus iPhone Prepaid term and condition, all prepaid iPhones purchased will be network locked to Optus, the only catch is the unlocking fee of AU$80 applied for in the first six months after the original date of activation, or after AU$80 of prepaid credit has been purchased.

My only concern is, does it work with other network after locking it? Anyone from Australia? Care to share your experience?

Apple iPhone 3G prepaid from Optus cost about $720 upfront and that would be a total of $800 after unlocking it, I believe iphone hardcore fans would pay $1000 just to get their hands on the brand spanking new gadget in ebay.

What is the Song in the new Apple MacBook Air Ads or Commercial

March 28, 2008 · Filed Under Hollywood, Movies and Gossips · 1 Comment

Apple is no doubt the king of marketing, every detail are carefully articulated to capture the attention of the audience. I may not the biggest Apple fan out there due to its closed source system, but I do admire their marketing skills.

You’ve got to admit that the song used in Apple MacBook Air commerical is catchy, right? The title of the song is New Soul by Yael Naim. I am not into distributing or promoting pirated mp3s, please don’t ask where to download it for free. iTunes is selling it for a small sum of fee.

Below is the original Music video for the song ‘New Soul’, by French-Israeli singer and songwriter Yael Naim, from her 2007 self-titled album. The song was featured on MacBook Air 2008 commercial.

Apple and Dell Comparison

A side elevation of the latest iMac and Dell computer, sometimes these comparison is so unfair, well, Apple iMac may look neat, tidy, slim and light in that picture but what happen to power supply? Yes, iMac comes with a big power supply, unlike a PC with the power supply encase in the casing, iMac tend to have it as a separate unit.

SanDisk Sansa Clip

SanDisk Sansa Clip

Here is the latest offering from SanDisk, known as Sansa Clip, this is a tiny player that is on the same league with Apple’s iPod Shuffle. What makes Sansa Clip unique is the 15 hours battery life, compatibility with mp3 and WMA, and an FM Tuner which all Apple’s iPod lack off and I doubt Steve Jobs would integrate a FM Tuner anytime soon.

For those that plans to get a MP3 player anytime now, my advise is wait until September, Apple will announce a new line of iPod, some believe that it could have some resemblance toward the iPhone, a touchscreen iPod.

Watch the video, it is a fake.

DRM Free Universal Music but Not On Apple’s iTunes

DRM Free Universal Music but Not On Apple’s iTunes

Universal Music Group is conducting an experiment where they’ll be offering most of their music catalog DRM free for a period of six months only, the down side is - Apple’s iTunes is not invited to join the party.

It appears that Universal is boycotting Apple, Gods know for whatever reason it maybe but their plan could possibly backfire if Apple manage to pull off another ‘must have ipod’ and continue dominating the world of mp3 player.

Apple iPhone Games

It appeared that rumors for once is true, somehow someone manage to run Doom on Apple iPhone, not quite sure how these guy did it considering the fact that Apple prevent developers from writing softwares for iPhone. Running Doom on iPhone is the first challenge, the second challenge would be the playing part - there is no buttons, except for one.

New iMacs, iWork, iLife, Dot Mac upgrades

New iMacs, iWork, iLife, Dot Mac upgrades

Apple wants to offer a certain level of computing experience, and that can’t be done on the cheap. “We just can’t ship junk,” Jobs said.

Ladies and gentleman, the all new iMac, and Steve Jobs is betting that the iMac would be the next best selling desktop PC ever provided that the desktop PC market recovers from the dead.

The new entry-level iMac comes with a 20-inch glossy LCD screen, a dual-core Intel processor, a gigabyte of memory, a quarter-terabyte of storage, and a built-in webcam.

What makes the new iMac stands out is the new aluminum and glass styling is strongly evocative of the company’s hit iPhone. Nothing much to shout about, I was hoping a new Operating System and possibly a Quad Core processor as the new entry line-up.

But then again, with the ability to run Windows in an iMac, this could possible be the selling point Steve Jobs is talking about, I for once as a boss would be glad to purchase these iMac, virus free.
