Eat your heart out OLPC, it is a noble idea but I hate to admit that the design sucks, probably they design it that way so that there would be no second hand value. Well, anyway Intel and Asustek just announce a low-cost laptop that is small, portable, and light, it doesn’t spot any real processing power that will blow your brain away but it does have some really cool features.

The new Eee PC laptop, which costs just $200 aims to provide access to knowledge and modern forms of education to people in developing countries. Thus, Intel has named it as a “World Ahead” initiative.

    I have to say I am impress and I have been waiting for this for quite sometime now, it used to be that the only difference between a laptop and desktop is portability, but with the introduction of Asus C90, laptops are now equally powerful as a desktop with the portability that everyone crave for.
