firefox browser

The latest figure release by onestat shows that Firefox browser continue to gain market share over leader IE. Firefox now has a total global usage share of 12.93 percent, while Internet Explorer commands a lion share of 83.05 percent. I am a big supporter of Firefox, and I would say Firefox is a better browser compare to IE in term of usability, security and most of all stability.

The market share vary from country to country, for example Firefox market share in Aussie is around 24%, while Germany has a market share of 40%. That is alot if we were to compare it with US Firefox user, which has a very dissapointed 16% market share. With IE7 and Firefox 2.0 due out this year. The competition is only going to heat up! As a big fan of Firefox, I have to admit that with the release of Microsoft Vista next year, Firefox is going the Dodo bird’s way - extinction.
