How to Rip DVD to 700MB CD Format and maintain the quality

Yes, the ultimate question, how do you convert your DVD movies to fit a 700MB CD while maintaining the same quality?

Assume that your wedding video is in DVD format and to share a 3.5GB files just doesn’t quite make any sense, you’ll need to convert and reduce the size while maintaining the same quality before you share it with your relatives and friends. This can be done with some free open source software found online.

Please take note that ripping your own DVD is legal in the US copyright law, do not rip your own personal DVD and distribute it to any torrent website, you may face legal action if the MPAA decided to pursuit your illegal activities. Please rip your own homemade video!

First, you’ll need 4 types of software, they are:

Step 01 – Install

Download all 4 software and install, if you already have the K-lite Codec pack installed you can leave this one out.

Step 02 – Copy the DVD files to your hard disk
