Disable Or Change Windows XP And Vista Startup Sound
How to disable Windows startup sound? Don’t you find the startup and exit sound somewhat annoying? The following tutorial is here to solve your nightmare:
Go to Control Panel –> Sound And Audio Devices
You have two options, as illustrated in the screenshot above, option A disable all sounds, option B disable selected sounds.
- Step B.1 – Look for ‘Exit Windows’ or ‘Start Windows’
- Step B.2 – Select (None)
- Step 3 – Click on ‘Ok’
