Free Professional Fax Cover Sheet Layout And Template In Office Word .Doc Format

Faxorama is a free efax service, unlike other free online fax services that comes with advertisement on the cover sheet, Faxorama doesn’t. You are allowed to fax a maximum of 2 documents per day each with 5 pages, that comes to about 10 pages.

Today I am not going to talk about free online fax services, I am going to talk about fax cover, before I being, you might want to learn how to set up Microsoft Windows Online Fax Software, Printer and Service. You’ll be able to fax right from your desktop without a fax machine.

What I like about Faxorama is the huge collection of Professional fax cover, some are quite cartoonist but still acceptable. Most of them are simple and straight to the point, all of their fax cover letter template works great in Microsoft Office 2007 and above.

Install Fax Component In Microsoft Windows XP, Vista And 7 For Faxing

Sending faxes from your Microsoft Windows computer? You can fax a document that’s stored on your computer or you can scan a document and fax it by sending to your fax printer. In this section, I’ll explain how to fax a document from your computer. If you can print a document, you can fax it.

The Windows XP Fax service uses the Windows Address Book (WAB) as its default address book for fax numbers. When you install Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002, the fax service switches to the Outlook Address Book (OAB) as its source for fax addresses. So you don’t need to maintain two address books—just one will do.

Windows XP – How To Send Fax

To fax a document stored on your computer via Microsoft Fax driver:

  • Go to ‘File’ menu of the document, click ‘Print’
  • In the ‘Print’ dialog box, select ‘Fax’ to open the ‘Send Fax Wizard’

  • Add the recipient’s fax number, click on ‘Address Book’, and select the recipients
  • Insert ‘Dialing Rules’. If you haven’t, click Dialing Rules. When you’re done with the settings, click OK to return to the fax sending
  • Important: Telephone numbers must be in the canonical form, example: +1 (626) 555-1212. It won’t work if it is in a different form such as (626) 555-1212 or 1-626-555-1212
  • Select a cover page or choose from the list or specify no cover page at all
  • Specify when the fax should be sent as well as the fax’s priority
  • If the fax is a multi-page one, you’ll be able to preview only the first page
  • If you’re sending the fax right away, the Fax Monitor, shown below, will start when the dialing does

p.s. Microsoft fax software does not send faxes for free, it simply replaces the need to have a physical fax machine. Searching for microsoft fax cover sheet?
