Certain PDF documents prevent the user from copying and pasting or printing its contents. Not that you have any bad intention, say you need to quote a few paragraph as reference for your report with credit given, it would a waste of time typing everything over again.

The following page contains a free online utility that allows you to upload a locked PDF, once uploaded; a version of the PDF without printing or copying/pasting restrictions is displayed in a new browser window. Proceed to print. Visit Free PDF Unlock Online Utility. Note: The webpage is sort of spammy with lots of ads, search for the upload button and check the term and condition box.
