YouTube faces another ‘Copyright infringement’ lawsuit, this time it is the England’s top soccer league and an independent US music publisher. وجوه اخرى YouTube 'انتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر' دعوى قضائية ، هذه المرة هو أعلى انكلترا لكرة القدم وجامعة امريكيه مستقلة الموسيقى الناشر. No amount of compensation was claimed but this won’t be the end, Google made a big mistake by purchasing YouTube together with all those illegal content, but according to Google general counsel Kent Walker said, “These suits simply misunderstand the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which balances the rights of copyright holders against the need to protect internet communications and content. ولا يمكن لأي قدر من التعويض المطالب به ولكن ذلك لن يكون نهاية المطاف ، صور قدمت خطأ كبيرا ، من خلال شراء YouTube جنبا الى جنب مع جميع هذه المحتويات غير المشروعة ، ولكن وفقا لصور المستشار العام كينت ووكر ان "هذه الدعاوى يسيئون فهم ببساطة في الالفيه الرقميه قانون حق المؤلف ، توازن بين حقوق اصحاب حقوق التأليف والنشر على ضرورة حمايه الانترنت والاتصالات والمحتوى.
