YouTube faces another ‘Copyright infringement’ lawsuit, this time it is the England’s top soccer league and an independent US music publisher. وجوه اخرى YouTube 'انتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر' دعوى قضائية ، هذه المرة هو أعلى انكلترا لكرة القدم وجامعة امريكيه مستقلة الموسيقى الناشر. No amount of compensation was claimed but this won’t be the end, Google made a big mistake by purchasing YouTube together with all those illegal content, but according to Google general counsel Kent Walker said, “These suits simply misunderstand the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which balances the rights of copyright holders against the need to protect internet communications and content. ولا يمكن لأي قدر من التعويض المطالب به ولكن ذلك لن يكون نهاية المطاف ، صور قدمت خطأ كبيرا ، من خلال شراء YouTube جنبا الى جنب مع جميع هذه المحتويات غير المشروعة ، ولكن وفقا لصور المستشار العام كينت ووكر ان "هذه الدعاوى يسيئون فهم ببساطة في الالفيه الرقميه قانون حق المؤلف ، توازن بين حقوق اصحاب حقوق التأليف والنشر على ضرورة حمايه الانترنت والاتصالات والمحتوى.

Viacom لمقاضاة وصور لYouTube usd1billion The owner of MTV Networks decided to sue Google and YouTube for copyright violation, this would be an interesting court case and the out come would definitely change the way people share videos online. صاحب ال ام. تي شبكات قررت رفع دعوى صور وYouTube لانتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر ، وهذا من شأنه ان يكون مثيرا للاهتمام في حال واصل تأتي من شأنه بالتأكيد ان تغير طريقة الناس مشاركة ملفات الفيديو عبر الانترنت. I still couldn’t figure it out why would Google buy YouTube when they know this sort of things would come, let YouTbe battle the court case and then bail them out like what happen to napster, provided the price is right. وما زلت لا يمكن ان الرقم هو لماذا صور من شأنه ان شراء YouTube حين يعلمون ان هذا النوع من الامور القادمة ، اسمحوا youtbe معركة المحكمه في القضية وبعد ذلك بكفالة بها على غرار ما يحدث لنابستار ، شريطة ان الاسعار هي الحق.

Viacom’s claim says almost 160,000 unauthorized snippets of Viacom shows have been viewed more than 1.5 billion times on YouTube. Viacom مطالبة يقول ما يقرب من 160000 من غير المأذون به قصاصات Viacom يظهر على انه يشكل اكثر من 1،5 بليون دولار على YouTube مرات. Viacom also owns Paramount Pictures movie studios and the Nickelodeon cable network. Viacom ايضا تمتلك أهمية قصوى صور الفيلم استوديوهات ونيكولوديون شبكات الكابل.
