Method 1 (Reboot Windows Phone 8)

• Step 1 – Press and Hold the “Volume Down” button and “Power” button at the same time.
• Step 2 – Phone will vibrate. Let go of the button once it vibrate. Done!

Method 2 (Reboot and erase Windows Phone 8)

• Step 1 – Hold down “Volume Down” button, “Power” button and the “Camera” button at the same time.
• Step 2 – Phone will vibrate. When it vibrates, release the “Power” button, but continue to hold the “Volume Down” button and “Camera” button.
• Step 3 – Phone will vibrates again, now let go all the buttons.

Method 3 (Factory Restore)

• Step 1 – Hold down the “Power” button.
